Duties and responsibilities:

-participate in both paid asynchronous and face to face resource training provided before tutoring program begins

-assist students in small groups and help them improve their math/reading skills;

-monitor student progress,

-identify areas needing improvement through informal and formal assessment;

-develop with campus staff prescriptive  tutoring resources,

-attend monthly meetings with Tutoring Program Leaders

Requirements:

-college degreed

-possess strong communication skills

-availability to work during the school day

-ability to prepare reports

-ability to collect and record data

Compensation:

$40/hr

Part-Time:up 24 hours/week
